I booked a bus from Jaipur to Delhi from redBus the bus company was Laxmi Travellers and the bus simply didn’t show up and I couldn’t even able to contact the bus operator, there was no other number provided. I tried contacting redBus customer support and they were of no help as they didn’t have any contact of anyone from the bus which is highly questionable at there part.
