I had book the bus through Red bus app. The bus didn’t arrive at the boarding point. I called the redbus helpline no. They gave me the wrong no. Of the bus driver. They ask me to wait for the bus. But the bus didn’t arrive even after 2 hours. After waiting for 2 hours, they asked me if I want to cancel. The services of red bus is horrible.
