Text of Complaint by Shikha Kumari:

Hi,

I had booked a ticket from Delhi to Rishikesh from Paytm on 15.05.2023. The bus was scheduled for the next day which was 16.05.2023. I had booked 4 tickets for my family including me. I must tell you one of them was my grandma who is 70 years old. It was booked in Nuego.

The bus made us wait for more than an hour at the halt. Moreover, the bus did not drop us at Rishikesh. No one in the bus even cared to inform that it won’t go to Rishikesh. When I realised it is too late already then at one point where lot of passengers were getting down the bus, I went to the conductor and asked him how long will it take to reach Rishikesh. He then told me very conveniently that this bus is not going to Rishikesh. He said that it is taking a different route and is heading to Dehradun.
I told him that in my ticket it shows that my drop is at Rishikesh but he didn’t care. He asked us to get down and go to the other side of the road and find. A vehicle from that side.

It was very frustrating for us to get down midway with no prior information and look out for other vehicle.

I would definitely like to have a refund for this because it was exhausting for me and my entire family, especially my grandmother and also i had to spend extra money to reach my exact location.

I am sharing the details of the tickets in the attached file for your reference. The bus number was DL51GD6278

Please take necessary actions regarding this injustice towards us.
