Text of Complaint by Rishubh Kumar:

I booked a ticket through RedBus for a journey from Bhusawal to Nagpur on 13/06/2023. Unfortunately, I encountered severe issues that not only disrupted my travel plans but also led to significant inconvenience and additional expenses.

According to the live bus tracking link provided by RedBus, the bus was scheduled to arrive at the designated boarding point at 9:45 PM. Regrettably, the bus never appeared at the specified location, leaving me stranded and anxious about reaching my destination on time. Despite waiting for an extended period, there was no communication or updates received from RedBus regarding the delay or any alternative arrangements.

In a desperate attempt to resolve the situation, I tried to contact the driver of the bus using the provided contact details mentioned in the booking confirmation. To my dismay, the driver displayed a complete lack of cooperation and denied providing any assistance or information about the whereabouts of the bus. This unhelpful behavior left me feeling helpless and stranded without any viable options.
Given the urgency of reaching my destination by the following day, I had no choice but to make alternative arrangements to ensure I would not miss my important commitments. Consequently, I had to book a train ticket at a significantly higher cost compared to the original bus fare.
I kindly request a thorough investigation into this matter to ascertain the reasons behind the bus’s non-arrival and the driver’s uncooperative behavior. Additionally, I seek appropriate compensation for the expenses incurred due to the failure of your bus service. Furthermore, I urge RedBus to take immediate action to prevent such incidents from occurring in the future, as it reflects negatively on your reputation and the trust customers place in your services.
