We booked our journey from Delhi to Agra from nuego bus services. The time of departure was 10 35 am. We were reached on time the bus driver don’t stop the bus and left in front of our eyes. We called him at 10 37 again to stop the bus but he was very rude. He told that he will not stop the bus at any cost. We follow the bus but he did not stop at any point.
Further, at 10: 17 I had called him to wait for us, he told me he will left at 10 30 and will not called me before leaving. His behavior was also very rude.

DL51GD7469 bus’s conductor was not cooperative at all. This was not just one incident but happened twice.
I have travelled through this service thrice and in both noida to dehradun route got the same conductor. In both the journeys he was asked to drop in miyawala route which was adjacent to flyover route but didn’t agree to it while other services adhered to it. The reason given was route destination followed rispana pul or isbt. So I asked if not from the adjacent route then just drop me where the fly over ends so it will be less distance from my home to which he denied again. He was ready to drop me in haridwar flyover but not in the route which was mutual to us both and near to my home.
This was unprofessional and really annoying.
This costed me more kms than expected.
Secondly, his work was to put our bags in the given space under the bus, which he just denied for half way journeys no matter how big the bag was.
He wouldn’t listen once and would constantly ignore.
This behaviour is not at all accepted when we have paid completely. State buses are better competent with better conductor.
However my journey from dehradun to noida was good and that conductor was cordial. That bus was with Rajasthan number plate.
However this specific bus’s conductor (DL51GD7469) was annoying. I’m not opting for noida to dehradun service ever via nuego.
