I have booked NUEGO electric bus from Hyderabad(Nizampet) to vijaywada for my father where boarding time given is 10.40 and the bus came at 12pm
The bus has delayed for more than 1 hour and driver is not picking up call and after he came he is saying that Nuego owner is asked to not to pick calls. And I took the owner number 9030222149 he is not allowing picking up. Literally me and my father have waited in place full of mosquitoes for more than 1 hour.
