I was with other 3 co passengers travelling from delhi to ambala cantt through nuego bus and the bus was commited to leave from delhi at 11:55 but the bus left isbt kashmiri gate at 1:15 and it stopped at divine star hotel at nilokheri for 2 hours and even after this much delay we were forced to change our destination point to sadopur which way far then ambala cantt. Because of all this i suffered alot as there was a gap of 40kms from my destination. And the driver did offensive and verbal abuse with slap and choking the neck of me I want my refund
