I am writing to express my dissatisfaction with the service provided by Red Bus. My bus, scheduled to arrive at 10:30 PM on yesterday 13 sept,24 arrived at 2:00 AM, which is a delay of 3.5 hours. Additionally, the bus driver and cleaner were uncooperative and did not drop off my cousin & 58 years old year aunt at the selected location. Consequently, they reached home at 11:30 AM, causing to him to miss a day’s work.
Request a refund for the ticket fare and compensation for one day’s salary amounting to ₹5,000.
