I booked bus from Pondicherry to Chennai through red bus
Universal bus for 5 pm
My bus was late by 1.30 mins and no prior information was given about the delay and i was waiting for 1.30 mins and when I boarded into the bus it was non ac bus when i complained about it I haven’t received proper response from either side
