I had booked a bus for 22 Dec 2023 from Gurugram to Lucknow, but today (on 21 Dec 2023) at 3:49, the operator has cancelled the bus. When I connect to the customer care and asked them about alternate option then they declined to do so. They said you have to book again and new bus was showing from the same operator of double price. These fraudsters take benefits of consumer’s situation
