On 29-06-2019, a bus in ISHA Tours and Travels from Bengaluru to Chennai was cancelled without any intimation. When I called the bus driver, they said that they already informed to all and money will be refunded. I raised a complaint within half an hour with Paytm. Its been 12 days since the complaint and Paytm is not responding to this and always saying that their backend team is working on the same.
