I had booked my bus from Kasol to Delhi on 16th June 2023 from Goibibo and here is the booking ID – GOBUSAND06F7CA71BA.
As soon I boarded the bus, it broke down with a flat tire, and no matter how much I tried connecting with the support team in Goibibo, I could not do it.
I paid 10k extra to the cab driver again after making the booking. Who will pay those charges? Kindly investigate this matter.
