I had booked a bus from Goa to Hyderabad. My travelling date was 28th-nov-2022.
On the same day after I reached to bus boarding point, I got a message from bus operating company that the journey is cancelled.
So I booked a next day bus ticket again & I travelled from Goa to Hyderabad which you can see in my travel history in mmt.
I have attached the screenshot for your reference of the message I received from the bus operating company.
After few days I raised my complaint but without informing me that complaint got closed.
So can you to look into the matter & provide me the refund.
