I started my journey from Delhi to Lucknow on 11th may , bus was delayed by 1 hr . Bus driver was so careless at the boarding point, I contacted red bus and laxmi holiday for the same but they didn’t entertain me . At 4:45 our bus met a accident so badly, many passengers met with heavy injury . I lost my phone and my luggage. I also got injured.
