Hi,
I have booked bus ticket on paytm with the booking I’d 6234156381 but bus didn’t come on that day. I was waiting for 4 hours then paytm exercise asked me to catch new bus and knformed paytm will refund the amount in 24 hrs. I have submitted all the bills but didn’t receive any refund yet. This is very disappointing and dissatisfied from paytm.
Kindly file the complain for it.
