i have order an BLUETOOTH SPEAKER AND EARPODS × 1 thru payu via phonepay account from credit card, got reply with an email to my registered email account, saying my order has been confirmed, and you will be notified once the order is dispatched.
After a couple of weeks in went through the website to track the order, where there was no mobile number or track order status provision. They have just mentioned an email where you can send and get a response on the order status. But when i tried to send an email, got an alert back the email id is not. If this happened with me once, not sure how many customer would have been cheated up on multiple orders. i would like to bring to your concern – how do we allow these kind of website to existence and many being dumped like this .
