Respected Sir, Madam,
I am Hari Ram retired as Lance Naik. I booked flat with Builder Sweet Home for flat at Sweet Home Towers, Sanpada, Mumbai. I gave advance of Rs. 5 lakhs to builder from life savings. Three years are past but builder not delivering flat and even not prepared to refund advance with interest. I am retired and with no other income and two daughters and one son for marriage. Can you help me.
