Dear Sir,

I have two postpaid connections on same name i.e Samrat kondamuri but different airtel account no’s.

my First no 8341006666 with monthly plan solitaire 1099/– lets call “A” and second no 7842606666 with monthly plan -my pan 199/- lets call “B” for more clear in email.

When i was trying to change my bill plan to my plan 399/- to mobile no “B” in airtel website portal on 23rd Nov 2015, unfortunate my “A” mobile no got  affected to 399/- and i got confirmation message Airtel saying my “A” mobile no got changed from Solitaire 1099/- to My Plan 399/-  , after going through my text message immideatly i called to 121 to explain the situation and they said they will take a action on the same. But any how its customer duty to follow up the issue i called back on 26th or 27th but they came up with answer saying once solitaire 1099/- plan changed to my plan we can’t help you out, even though its not my problem they denied to listen.

One day i walked to Airtel Brand store at Visakhapatnam to explain the situation, still they came up with same answer saying we cant help you out.

So, i want to prove it was not my mistake and its airtel mistake and i applied for   new SIM replacement for 7842606666-B

  1. I applied for SIM replacement for 7842606666-B mobile no but it got effected to my 8341006666-A mobile no.
  1. Where as both no having different account no’s.
  1. In same way my 8341006666- A mobile bill plan got affected, while I’m trying to change bill plan for 7842606666-B mobile no.
  1. I was explaining this to airtel guys from day 1 and I also proveded it was some error from airtel end and shared all my screen shots and documentary proofs what i collected.

For this I lost my monthly bill plan 1099/- for 8341006666-A mobile no and airtel brand store advised not to apply for sim replacement for 7842606666-B till the issue got solve.

however, still my 7842606666-B is working with OLD SIM. (even in airtel system SIM got updated statues)

Second time  I walked  in to airtel brand store they were not in a position to answer for my question reg the sim replacement to 7842606666-B and 8341006666-A bill plan change,

Where as now i got my monthly bill 3600/-  and i made many calls to appellate team and exchanged many of email with proofs but there is no progress, they came up with answer saying they will give 500/- discount on my issue or i can port out from Airtel.

Hence there is no reply from airtel team and making me in mental depression for this issue. i would like to take this is issue to Honor of Consumer court to solve my issue and please proved me peace of mind.

please take necessary action regarding the same at the earliest.
