Hi,
We booked a flat with Oasis Venetia Heights on March’2016, it was agreed that you will have pay the EMI’s at the possession till the time builder will pay the EMI’s on behalf of the customer. Also, EMI’s were not paying on a timely basis we are getting the notice that your EMI is pending for this month. Hence, we have decided to cancel the flat when we visited the flat builder is denying to cancel the flat and refund.

I’m an advocate at the Supreme Court and also a buyer of one of the flats at the said location. I’ve issued the builder a legal notice in 2018 and am going to pursue the matter legally, you may get in touch on 8826060777
