Sir,
I was recharging BSNL topup currency to mobile no.9481191701 through ‘Dealmegood.com’ in BSNL recharge website on 1st May 2020 [Saturday] but during processing of recharge, the recharge failed /incomplete but the amount of Rs.214/- was debited from bank account. I got the message that ‘debit card used for ECOM Pasfar Tecnologies for transaction Rs.214/-. The said top up currency failed and my amount is blocked. I therefore request you to reverse the transaction and arrange for refund of the debited amount of Rs.214/- at the earliest.
