Sir,

On 6.7.2021, undersigned had recharged/top up for BSNL Mobile No.9406353577 , an amount of Rs.115/- for 28 days and the details are as under:

Name  :  PK DHARMAPALAN

Mobile No. : 9406353577  (bsnl)

Amount Paid : Rs.115/- (for 28 days)

Bank Ref./Cheque No for deducted amount  : 1490141375 IGALLWEPH4  dtd 6.7.21 near about 7.30 pm

Money Transfer through on-line to :  INB PASFAR Technologies Pvt Ltd, Bangalore.

My Bank account No. 30031946786  (SBI account , Indira place Bhilai)

Till time neither they re-charge / top up the amount nor any information from the INB PASFAR Technologies Pvt ltd, Bangalore.

Kindly arrange to provide  the deducted amount  Rs.115/- from my account immediately on receipt of this message.
