I made the payment of my bsnl landline bill amounting to Rs.770 via talkcharge app on 14th April 2017 as per talkcharge the payment was made and I received a message for the same but as per bsnl the amount is still outstanding.Its been a month and no action has been taken by talkcharge even after my repetitive mails to them.Please help.
