Text of Complaint by Bipul Kumar:

I have registered a complaint for frequent disconnection issue on 20/04/2017 with reference no 81451952 and my complaint is closed by Airtel without my concern though my issue is not resolved. I have no service since from last 1 month. My account no is 7031140383. Please help me because I am frustrated with the unprofessional behavior of Airtel. Feeling mentally harashed now.

  1. Since two months I am taking the followup for my refund if Rs. 1211. The airtel customer care team rather inefficient team was unable to solve my issue.

    My Task No: 216497222 is still not resolved. Very pathetic and inefficient team is working with airtel.

    Also they dont have escalation care of the customer. Better to move Jio.
