I am an old man of 80. Yesterday I tried to add money to my wallet. Your site insisted for KYC first. I tried to do KYC on line. After loading all details on line I was asked to visit certain dealers on for verification of originals. It is certainly not possible for old people like me. Either you believe us or send your representative to our place to verify originals. I agree rules require it but no bank is doing it. They are satisfied with self attested photo copies. As you have refused I had to pay my bill direct to deptt. This is no online KYC.
