Executive Mr Shaheen bses cust care nehru place.
1. BSES unwilling to do meter reading
2. Unwilling to accept meter reading by customers at their website.
3. Unwilling to delink mobile numbers (to the tune of 3 crores) from CA numbers.
4. Unwilling to trust customers if they submit reading on APp/ website/ send by email, / send at their WHATSAPP number.
5. When all ecommerce , food supply, etc have started their services from 4th june 2020, the BSES is unwilling to send meter readers for reading as they cannot trust customers submission.
6. Mr Shaheen refuse to share his identity ( it might be faque) contact numbers of higher officials of computer software .
7. Request to help 1.5 crores delhi customers and avoid hefty bills for consumption less than 200 units per month.
Request: set right website , delink mobile numbers with CA numbers so that allow all users to submit their reading with photo and TRUST 1.5 crores customers (mr Shaheen raised this issue).
Alternately BSES may consider to send their employees for taking reading to whom the company can trust ? Applicant
