Brought the 2 door wardrobe which is having totally funguses and because of that me and my family having skin infection issues and flipkart is not refunding my money along with the medical compensation

I brought the 2 door wardrobe Order ID: OD427713572247860100
Product: Flipkart Perfect Homes Julian Engineered Wood 2 Door Wardrobe
That product started to have fungus so much and because of that me and my family started to have so much skin infections. My product is still in the warranty and i am trying to contact with Flipkart team from last month than 2 months but they are just playing round and round like Flipkart is saying to connect with the Brand Flipkart Homes and Flipkart Home is saying connect with Jeves (Technician team) and technician is saying that Flipkart instructed them not to approve the return/refund request and Flipkart is telling to me that Technician team (Jeves) is not approving the refurn/refund request. So all of them just playing round and round to avoid the refund. Technician visit already done 13th Sep 2023 as per the Case ID: FLTF-CED1QY-69HF6U-F9G49V-HYP2QZD. when technician calling to flipkart support or customer care team i told technician to keep it on the speaker so that i can also listen what flipkart is saying. In front of me technician called to Flipkart team and explained to them that the product is totally defective and funguses so we will have to refund or return that product and customer care executive from flipkart on the call told to technician that just tell the customer to apply the oil on the wardrobe (product) and close the case and leave from there. Technician again told to flipkart team on the same call to reply their suggestions that the product is totally with fungus and no solution will work on this product so we will have to refund or return the product. I cannot believe that still flipkart person forced technician to close the case and leave from there.
And after that technician said we can’t do anything because flipkart team ordered me to close the case.
This is clear example of fraud and unprofessionalism and unethical business standards and actions taken by flipkart. Now flipkart team is saying that technician rejected the refund or return request so we can’t do anything. But in real sense flipkart forced to technician to close the case even technician provided his unbiased opinion about to refund or return the product. Now flipkart is playing with me and saying that they can’t refund because technician didn’t approve the refund/return
