I ordered a camera eagle i9 from Amazon on 16 October 2021, the package was on time and I received the package on 18th October 2021, when I unbox the content of box I found that there was nothing in the box, so i reached to Amazon customer support, they provide me assurance that they will solve the matter by 22nd October 2021, on 23rd I contacted them regarding my query, they told me that the seller had send the product and I m they won’t help me further, I asked her what should I do, she replied to me very rudely that she don’t know, and if I asked the same question again she will disconnect my phone, I wasn’t expecting such type of response from Amazon, it took time to earn money….i totally feel helpless as 10k has been wasted
I don’t know if it was an error or was it intentional but something like this can put customer like me in deep mental strain.
