I have ordered broskin underwear set of 7 I received the order on 19th September 2024 which was COD when I collect the order which was sent by blue dart I paid 1000/- by on cash and the delivery person left when I opened the box I see that there is only 3 underwear that to some local cloth and when I contact the delivery person & companys call immediately that please take the order he denied for it and informed me to contact his manager but when I contacted him he was also not responding the call then later I tried I found email id on the broskin website which I hope it is also fake were there no contact number update and no address also but there was email I have sent the mail but no response please take strong action on this people who are doing this fraud and please get our hard earned money back. I call to this company customer care call but its fake number I contacted their customer service, and they told me they would refund my money. Later, I received a video call from the number 9572747962. The person on the call said that if I wanted my money back, I needed to send a scanned image of my debit card. I initially refused, but he persuaded me to trust him by providing my bank details. I eventually sent him the debit card scan.After that, he took an OTP from my phone via screen sharing and after some times he talk and then cut the call. Soon after, unauthorized transactions were made from my account. I tried calling him back, but he didnt answer. Thats when I realized it was a scam. Please help me stop these fraudulent transactions.
