Text of Complaint by Priyanka Bhatia:

I ordered Daddy Duster product online through Instagram advertisement on 16th December 2018 and the product showcased in the ad differs from the one delivered. Also, the product received is damaged and not as per my requirements. The cost I paid was Rs791.01. Th eproduct was delivered on 20th December 2018 however it was broken. I raised a complaint to their support mail id and after multiple mail exchange, they agreed to take the product back. The product was delivered to them on 8th January 2018 to their Mohali Address as shared by them:

 TEEKART, 642/2, Mubarikpur, Mohali Punjab, 140201, India, MOBILE NO. : 8968659154

and was received by ‘Ankit’. I have received any acknowledgement since them and no one is reverting to my mail. I have complete mail chain and other documents which might be helpful. I am attaching the image of the broken product.
