I ordered a LG G7+  from flipkart on 19th Marh 2020. The mobile was delivered by 19th March but it came defective. I requested for replacemnet and they were given date march 26th  initially which later they postponed to 2 times upto 6th June. No one reached me during entire time for replacement. The date passed so i raised a complaint with flipkart stating the matter. The promised to solve it by 6thJune but its 24th June and the complaint is not solved neither any one reached to me with any update. When i try to contact them, they just say we are escalating the issue and thats it. Its more than 3 months till they not yet resolved my issue. I dont know  today i was seen my replacement order was cancelled by flipkart without my permission and cancelled request how to reach the consumer court. Please help to me.
