Text of Complaint by Malini K:

I had ordered a Muji acrylic case for pierced earrings costing Rs 1801.Order No.19504374734366. It was delivered in a broken condition on 6 th July ’21.  I have written three times to customer care- no reply. Grievance officer@agio.com gets returned with mailer daemon. There is no place to request for a refund. Sad state of affairs indeed for such a brand
