Text of Complaint by Durba Ray:

I ordered a La Opala dinner set from Amazon on Sept 30. The product delivered was damaged with a broken item inside. Since then I have scheduled return twice but the product has not been picked up. I have spoken to multiple customer service agents,each of whom assured me the product would be picked up and my money refunded. But till date nothing has happened and I am stuck with a broken product. Kindly look into this soonest. Thank You.
