I have parceled fragile item to chennai it was delivered completely broken. What kind of service DTDC is providing i spent 530 rupees for for FastTrack courier of fragile item + the item cost was 3000 rupees which was parceled and these are ridiculous person they handled it such a way it reached destination completely broken. I need quick action and refund of 3530 rupees.
