I had ordered one shoe rack from shopperszone website. Firstly the items shown in photos/ video are clearly different from delivered items. Further, complete item is broken any it was delivered to multiple people before as tags of their address still affixed on the product. I am attaching the photographs of the delivered product. I have proceeded for refund immediately within 2 hours of product delivered but their contact information was totally wrong. Kindly take strict action against them and arrange for resolution
