Dear sir/medam my name is nikhil i came india from dubai to Jaipur 10 January that time spice jet airline said to all passenger on Jaipur airport due to overload flight they can not bring luggage so my luggage also not come that time so i did fill one form there for like a once come luggage so they can dilivery on adress so luggage came after 2 days i got luggage from dilivery guy but luggage is broken from front side or upper handle this baggage like suitcases so i send on mail to spice jet also make a video also send picture i send mail for claim bcz i took this suitcase in uae around 250 aed so it is indian rupes around 5000+ but still i did not get positive response from them last time i check with them they said to me you get reply soon but i think it is over time.. Still. Did not get any positive response from spice jet team.. Sir i am not responsible for my luggage airline make mistake this not from. My side if they knows they dont have spce why they make ticket booking ok i can understand due to. Overload they can not bring if after thy give me broken.. So i want. To do claim on spice jet airline i want compensation for. My baggage
Also. I think i can not upload many much picture here which conditions i got my luggage but i did send picture on spice jet custrelation@gmail.com.. I did here 2 time.. I check with coustomer care many time but they also said me. Send mail. For. Claim if i send still. I did not get response for my claim
