- I have paid amount through Airtel thanks app on July 16 for broadband connection for 6 months. Connection team told me we will install in 1week and if we can’t then you’ll get your refund.After 1week I ask them about Connection they again ask me to wait.2weeks later I told him to cancel.He always says I have sent message for cancellation you’ll get your refund 4-5 days but I have not got any refund .
