Hi,

I have been kept calling customer services multiple times and this is the 2nd time am writing an escalation email on the same billing issue.
I have paid the bill on 18th May 2020 – 2PM IST, using Airtel app via Phone pay mode. But still i have not received any acknowledging receipt. Please find the attached transaction ID for your reference.
Here is the Transaction ID from Airtel App (Phone Pay mode): P2005181438059265096415
I request please look into this and resolve the payment issue as soon as possible.
