I paid for a broadband on 20th of may . The person who came to my home for taking payment said that broadband would be installed by 21st may only .
But it has not been installed yet .
Even after paying a week back , I have to suffer as I need internet for my work from home . I am an IT professional .
I am contacting the contact person , he has been telling me from a week that there is some office which is closed they are waiting for that to open . But I cannot wait that much .
