Dear Sir,
To brief, I was getting a monthly bill of 350 + tax and in the month of december, 2019 you had changed the plan. So I repeatedly called customer care and said that the revised plan does not suit me and requested them to disconnect and placed a request. Based on the request your backend team called more than 10 times and asked me what is the issue and i told them that the issue is with plan related and each time i asked them to disconnect the connection.
Finally they confirmed disconnection service over call and I also disconnected all the connection and shifted my house to a different place. From January onwards I am not using even 1 mb of data or calls and I am under the impression that you had disconnected my connection.
But suddently from June month I am receiving calls to pay my bills again and I was shocked to hear the same. Though I have given the request for disconnection, still your people are asking for payment of bill till this month.
Kindly look into this and resolve the issue by disconnecting the above broadband connection and do the needful.
