Hi,

This is pavithra here, I have recently taken broadband connection in the month of April’ 2020

Recently I have been facing lot of interruptions in the internet connection, the connection is not stable, often it gets disconnected. I kindly request the respective team who is in-charge of looking into these issues to kindly contact me and resolve the issue ASAP.

Because of the current covid 19 situation we are merely dependent on the internet as we are working from home. I hope the team understands this concern and does the needful in a timely manner.

Hoping for a quick fix and response from Airtel.
