My complaint against GTPL Hathway Broadband. I have done an advanced payment of 3400 for a 6month 40mpbs unlimited plan. But still, more than 1 week is passed nobody has come for installation at my place. and their salesperson also didn’t receive my call. I lodged a complaint to the head office but didn’t get any response from them. then I am demanding a refund of my amount but this is also not done. its impact my performance as we are working from home. Please help me out with the refund amount or installation get done. I have attached the payment receipt for your reference.
