Text of Complaint by Rajiv Kumar:

I am trying to disconnect my broadband connection since last 3 month. I visited store in south ex as per them they are not supporting broadband. I have dropped multiple mail on 121 as well as to Nodel but simply getting response use Airtel thanks app. In Airtel thanks there is no such option of disconnection. I registered disconnection request on this no. 44444121 through IVR on May 13th but today again i got a call no. is still active. When i requested that guy for help he disconnected my call. The way Airtel is working nowdays is totally frustrated.  No one is helping. Hopes through this channel may be i will get help.

Please help me since last 3 month i am paying unnecessarily.
