Text of Complaint by Riyaz Ahmed:

I shifted my airtel broadband connection it was a fiber connection the technician visited to my place and informed me that there are no slots there available for fiber he will assign me a copper connection tech guy. Then after my follow ups I got a tech visited he fixed the router took my old router for fiber and place some small router and fixed the line and went saying that it will be activated by evening and after that it’s been 7 days I’m calling customer care spoken to many executives and supervisors but no use, spoken to Mr Mahesh who is the manager for the location where I am in but not responsive. Waste customers service and waste supervisors working in customer care also after explaining so much like kids also my issue is not solved. Even a local vendor would have been more useful than the customer service of airtel.
