I, Varun Kumar Jayanti(Customer id: 7042725219) have been using airtel broadband connection(fixed landline no. 08922401400) at Vizianagaram, Andhra Pradesh. When I was moving to Hyderabad, I called the customer care to create a connection shifting request on 19th of September to move the address to Moti Nagar, Hyderabad, Telangana – 500018. Airtel promised that it will be shifted within 7 working days. But Airtel has not taken any action on my shifting request from a very long time and it’s not even resolved even till today(15th December).
Every alternative day I keep calling the customer care number and the applet number to check on this. Everytime I get the reply that they have escalated my issue and I will get a resolution. But till now I never got any call back.
Meanwhile my plan is also expired and I lost my money for around 2 months of subscription of 799 plan. I want airtel to either resolve it immediately and refund the amount I lost due to this delay. or Refund my subscription amount and compensate me properly.
