After a week of lodging the complaint and 3 teams coming to check on the problem, they couldn’t detect the issue or resolve it. I got a call from an executive today saying that there is a wiring issue and the issue cannot be resolved, to which I responded by asking for a mail stating the team’s incompetence and asked if I should shift to another network. The answer was ok ma’am! This is the state of the service provided by the airtel team, where it takes a 24 hour wait time for someone to come check if the modem is defective and needs to be changed. Also agreeing that they are incompetent, isn’t that absolutely amazing!
