Text of Complaint by Awanish Tiwari:

I have requested for a new airtel broadband connection on Sunday. I have paid for an year to avail these services.

Your airtel product payment txn id : 920504585 of Rs : 9617.0 is processed successfully.

Issues with Services.

 

I was in touch with below team members of yours who are not responding after the payments were done.

There is no response from the nodal number for Karnataka. No response from any executives who were call till the time payment was done.

 

I was assured that the connection will be set up on Monday (i.e. 21st September 2020) before the payments were done. After the payments were done none of the executives have picked the call or given any other deadlines.

 

There is no customer care number apart from IVR options which have limited choices as per the organization convenience.

 

I am totally disappointed by the way Airtel has treated till now.
