I request airtel to install the broadband connection in my house and they do the kyc and ask me to pay the 4434 rupees online for the connection i do the same but till now after 21 days the connection wast not installed at my home and every time i called customer care they said within 24 hrs your connection will be installed. I am very frustrated with airtel customer care response. Please help me out in this matter
