I’ve registered a complaint on broadband connection fault on 24th april2020.They said the modem is not functioning and they can’t replace a modem too. He instructed to replace the modem and after it ping the site 192.168.1.1 only he will resolve. That too among this pandemic lockdown ,struggled a lot to get a modem and finally replaced and ping the site. I called him but he didn’t pick the phone. I’m a professor and have scheduled online classes to my students. My kids are attending online classes. My husband, tech. Specialist have to work from home. Nothing is resolved and not being updated till now. Kindly look into this and solve. Our entire professional things is messing up.
