This company is looting people, they first requested to pay for new connection and neither provide new connection or refund, when called up customer service they demand us to wait, when sent emails nobody replies not even the nodal officer is bothered to respond.
I paid for new connection on 9 April 2020 and I am under a mental pressure since then,
I would like to sue these guys in all possible ways.
Please help.
