I have taken broad band connections up to 200 mbps speed & on line transfer Rs 3536/-. Engineer came & said 16 mbps data can be transferred in your society. However when talked with society President on conference call, it is found that Engineers of Airtel is connecting proper connection. Engineer of Airtel promised to come today but no one came at society. Afternoon, one call came & told me by Airtel employee that Airtel connection is not feasible in your society. Pl look into the matter & resolve the issue. I am a post paid customer of Airtel since 2010.
